目前就上面一点信息，先看看有何可能？

1.提供系统版本、Serviceguide 版本信息，判断是否缺相应的patch
2.几个节点的cluster，除了A-DB1节点外，其他的节点是否也报同样的log
3.cmviewcl -v的输出信息
4.ioscan -fnN|grep disk name of lock信息，锁盘是否真的存在物理上的故障？
